ネイビー色の移動販売車がトレードマークのパン屋さん。

材料は小麦粉、きび砂糖、ゲランドの塩（※100％自然の力で生まれるフランスの天日塩）、よつ葉の無塩バター、米油100％。
からだに良い素材を使うことにこだわっています。

ベーキングパウダーを一切使わず、卵の力だけで膨らませた12～15種類の「シフォンケーキ」がおすすめ。
焼かずに生の生地から揚げた「生揚げパン」も、ふわふわもちもちの食感で人気の商品です。
